Born and raised in Jacksonville, Katy got started in the Real Estate industry in 2015, initially beginning her career at one of the largest Real Estate brokerages. Upon leaving her role as Agent Services Coordinator helping onboard, train and help in business operations, she joined one of the top Real Estate teams in Jacksonville. She first joined as a Transaction Coordinator, where she managed all listings and focused on giving a five star customer experience to both agents and clients from start to finish. In 2019, she became the Director of Operations for one of the largest teams in Northeast Florida, helping lead both Real Estate agents and a team of operations support; helping grow the business and build systems and support platforms, recruiting, onboarding and training. Her passion is helping to grow others businesses through relationships and systems and believes the fastest way to grow is to surround yourself with great people, both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys going to the beach, checking out local restaurants and spending time with her husband and 2 kids, Caden and Maddie.
