Greg Polca graduated from the University of South Carolina before relocating to Jacksonville. His passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership stemmed from being in a military family. He understands the necessity of a smooth and easy process on the buying side and prides himself on being able to provide that customer service and dedicated that his family received.

Greg’s decision to join Atlantic Trust Mortgage was on the parallel core values of commitment to community and passion for customer service. Paired with his business and financial experience, as well as his competitive nature, Greg is able to help current and future homeowners throughout their home financing journey.

In his free time, Greg enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and fishing. He’s an avid sports fan and never misses a chance to watch the Gamecocks play. Greg also spends his time giving back to the community, but volunteering with Best Buddies- a non-profit near and dear to ATM’s heart that creates opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
