Avan is a Georgia native but has found her place in sunny Florida, where she’s been living for 8 years. She made her way to Florida by means of Mayo Clinic Hospital, where she worked as an RN. Avan has multiple degrees in nursing, journalism and communications and is excited to translate her love of helping others and her excellent communication skills to the world of mortgage. She believes in strong personal connections, professionalism, and integrity. Her varied background enables her to connect with all sorts of personalities and to be able to perceive the needs of her clients, stopping at nothing to make sure that every transaction is a smooth and flawless experience. She has built her reputation on keeping borrowers informed throughout the process, and always being a phone call away.
Avan and her husband, Luis, have three amazing kids and four hilarious pets, making for quite an entertaining life. Her hobbies include trying new restaurants, volunteering, and ministry. She has a true service mindset and can’t wait to be of service to you!
