Anne-Marie is a northeast Florida native. She grew up in Fleming Island, attended FSU and graduated from UNF with a BBA in Finance – emphasis in financial planning. With over 20 years experience between originations, processing, closing, and underwriting, she has a very well-rounded knowledge of what is needed to help her clients achieve homeownership. Anne-Marie and her husband, Danny, have two wonderful sons named Jason and Brian, who work and attend college at UTSA – San Antonio, Texas. As a thalassophile (someone who loves the sea), she enjoys volunteering to help with sea turtles, offshore fishing and moon rises over the ocean. Her other passions include hiking, biking, running and she generally loves to be outdoors when not working on her lending business.
